A LOT Polish Airlines De Havilland Dash 8-400 (DH8D), registration OY-YBY, performing flight LOT3835 / LO3835 (callsign LOT3TM) from Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport (Poland) to Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport (Poland) after departure declared MAYDAY, requested return to Warsaw for emergency landing and reported loss of hydraulic system number 2. TEXT VERSION OF COMMUNICATIONS (Read if subtitles in video were fast): LOT3TM: Approach, Lot 3TM, MAYDAY-MAYDAY-MAYDAY. Request stop climb 4000, call you back shortly. APPROACH: Lot 3TM, Approach, roger, MAYDAY, stop climb altitude 4000, QNH 1023, standing by. LOT3TM: 1023, 4000, call you back, thank you, Lot 3TM. LOT3TM: Approach, Lot 3TM, request long vectors to approach RW 33, emergency landing. And we lost hydraulic power number two. APPROACH: Lot 3TM, information is copied. Turn left heading 180 LOT3TM: Left heading 180, Lot 3TM. APPROACH: Lot 3TM, it will be left hand circuit for ILS approach RW 33. And confirm, how long final do you need? LOT3TM: I think 5 to 10 minutes. APPROACH: Roger. APPROACH: Lot 3TM, turn left heading 150, downwind. LOT3TM: Heading 150, Lot 3TM.
