The Filipino pocket/palm stick or Dulo Dulo is a great equalizer for self-defence based scenarios. In this video GM. St'James demonstrates some of the basic possibilities and principles in its application. The Dulo Dulo is a supplement to the Pangamot system which blends well with the hammer strike and gunting series. Use of the Dulo Dulo is a BROWN BELT & BLACK BELT requirement within the CDPUK technical curriculum.
