It’s finally time to start building the General Lee’s 24 Valve VP Cummins! In today’s episode at Brown Bros Garage, we begin assembling the engine with a full PAI overhaul kit from SEMA Truck Parts and ARP hardware from Diesel Auto Power to prepare this build for future compound turbo power. Along with engine work, we also tackle a ton of interior fabrication and restoration on the 1960 Chevy Viking project including: • Installing a Custom Auto Sound Bluetooth classic radio • Replacing the original ignition barrel • Installing a Painless Performance universal wiring harness • Firewall shaving and fabrication • Steering column and steering shaft setup • Preparing for hydroboost brakes and Valair clutch upgrades This truck is coming together fast and we’re pushing hard to get these builds ready for upcoming truck shows!
