Over time, rodeos have become a very popular activity in many parts of Mexico, especially in the north of the country. Currently, rodeos are held at various celebrations, such as fairs, patron saint festivals, weddings, and other special events. During a rodeo, the rider tries to stay on the bull or wild horse for as long as possible, while the animal tries to throw them to the ground. Bull riding is considered a more dangerous activity than horse riding, as bulls can be more unpredictable and aggressive than horses. Rodeo is considered an art form in Mexico and is highly valued by Mexicans as a display of skill, courage, and dexterity.
