High up in the magical Carpathian Mountains, true summer reigns… 🌿☀️🌧️ Every moment here is special: a warm summer shower might just begin to sprinkle before giving way to gentle sunshine, while the fresh air fills with the incredible scent of nature. In this video, you’ll spend a cozy, eventful day in the village with me. I’ll brew some aromatic tea and take a short break, then hurry off to water my favorite flowers, help with chores, and wash the windows. Nearby, my dad is hard at work—decorating and improving our home to make it even more beautiful. Meanwhile, I tend to the vegetable garden, feed my little piglet, weed the beet patch, and harvest a fresh, tender zucchini. And then, the tastiest part of the day awaits! I’ll be making some delicious, aromatic fried zucchini to share with my dad and brothers, and for the evening—appetizing pancakes filled with vegetables and meat. 🥒🥧🍽️ When everything is ready, the best moment arrives: gathering my loved ones around the table to enjoy these homemade treats together. ❤️ Thank you for spending the day with me! Dear friends, enjoy the video! 🌸 Ingredients: * 400 g chicken fillet * 250 g mushrooms (champignons) * 1 onion * 2 cloves of garlic * 200 ml cream (20% fat) * 150–200 g mozzarella * 2 tbsp tomato sauce (optional) * Salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs * Parsley Instructions: 1. Sauté the onion, then add the chicken and mushrooms. 2. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and add the garlic. 3. Pour in the cream and tomato sauce, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. 4. Place the pasta nests in a baking dish and pour in hot water or broth until the liquid reaches almost the top of the pasta. 5. Fill the nests with the mixture and sprinkle mozzarella over the top. 6. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes. 7.
