This time we visited the Central Market of San Salvador, specifically Building 3, the area where seafood and chicken—key ingredients in Salvadoran cuisine—are sold. Taking advantage of the Christmas season, we enjoyed a tasting of 100% Salvadoran dishes, those that are a must on tables on December 24th and 31st, full of tradition, flavor, and family memories. We strolled through the market aisles, met the vendors, and sampled some of the most representative dishes of our gastronomy during these special holidays.
