GIN EXPLORER - JUNGFRAUJOCH SOARING SESSION - PARAGLIDING

Strong winds with gusts up to 35kmh on the Jungfraujoch meant technical launch conditions but tons of lift to soar up and over the Sphinx Observatory. An unforgettable flight and a bucket list moment ticked off. The views from over 3600m were stunning! To the south over the Aletsch glacier with nothing but snow, ice and rock in view and out to the north looking over the Berner Oberland to the Jura, seeing my playground in all it's glory and floating on the air currents in my flying armchair. Fantastic! After 40minutes of soaring, I cruised around to the North face of the Eiger to marvel at what has been achieved by elite climbers and to enjoy the evening sun over Grindelwald before heading back along the 3 famous peaks to the Silberhorn. 1 hour after launching from the Joch, I landed at home.
