He spent many years in the sales department, handling a wide range of client work. In 2021, he became an executive officer at Dentsu and oversaw business production, BX/DX, and global operations at Dentsu Japan Network (now Dentsu Japan). He subsequently served as CEO of the Dentsu Group's Global Business Transformation Division. In 2024, he was appointed CEO of dentsu Japan and Representative Director, President and CEO of Dentsu. In 2025, he concurrently served as Deputy Global COO of the Dentsu Group and an Executive Officer of the Dentsu Group. Miho Tanimoto CPO of dentsu Japan and Executive Officer (Human Capital) of Dentsu Joined GE (General Electric) in 2000. He was involved in strategic human resources, organizational development, and leadership development. At the US headquarters, he was responsible for global leadership development and talent development programs. In 2016, he promoted a digital culture transformation as Executive Officer and Head of Human Resources at GE Japan. In 2018, he promoted the creation of an innovative organization as Executive Officer and Head of Human Resources at Google. He has held his current position since January 2023. Ryo Okui Director of Assignment Winner of BizReach's "Headhunter of the Year" award in 2021. He joined a general consulting firm and gained a wide range of experience, from IT to strategic projects, with major financial and distribution industry clients. He then worked for a marketing support company before co-founding Assign. As a headhunter specializing in consulting and post-consulting fields, he provides support to a wide range of people, from junior employees to partners. He places emphasis on helping each individual chart their career based on their own values, and provides career support that accompanies them.
