The following video documents Zoom footage of the March 17, 2026 Council Meeting in the RM of Springfield, Manitoba, Canada. Among a couple other items of note includes some debate around the December 2025 Financial Statement and the payment of the membership fees to the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region (WMR). One concern that arose prior to this Council Meeting was that Mr. Giesbrecht's delegation application was denied on Monday, March 16, 2026. Dr. Page advocated to Council for Mr. Giesbrecht's right to speak as a delegate, due to the lack of procedural clarity for the denial of his delegation application. There was technical issues with one of the Councillor's computers toward the second half of the meeting. There was approximately four to six residents for most of the meeting, with two municipal staff present for large portions of the meeting. By the end of the meeting only two residents were present.
