DIY in the Mountains. This time, I made a lid for a large jar where I ferment soy sauce. We have two large jars, each used for fermenting soy sauce, but until now, we didn't have proper lids. So, this time, I decided to DIY a perfectly fitting wooden lid using some inexpensive solid wood I acquired. The work went smoothly. The luxurious feel of the solid wood made it look quite nice. ...However, at the very end, I made a huge mistake. "I checked so carefully, why?"
