Is this the solution to boring treadmill running? My first Zwift Run (Zwift Academy Tri #1)

I've always been sceptical about using zwift for running. But I recently completed zwift academy road which was a great experience and definitely made some fitness gains. Soo I'm now jumping all in and giving zwift academy tri a go. Tri Programme overview from zwift - "The ZA Tri program includes six structured workouts followed by two Finish Line events. The Finish Line Ride is a 5-minute power test within a 60-minute workout. The Finish Line Run has two options where you run as far as possible in in a fixed amount of time. The short run is 15-minutes, and the long run is 30-minutes.
