Making an Olivewood Tobacco Pipe on a Desktop CNC - Full Process (Not Sponsored) Carvera Air CNC

In this video, I show the full process of making a tobacco smoking pipe from olive wood personally sourced in the Judean Hills / Bethlehem area, using the precision of my Carvera Air Desktop CNC. ⚙️ Process overview: Designed in onShape CAD Toolpaths generated in Vectric vCarve Pro Custom 3D-printed jig for drilling the mortise and airway (Bambulab X1c) Vulcanite stem blank refined and shaped on the CNC with a custom mandrel. Airway in both the pipe body and stem are perfectly aligned for a smooth, consistent draw Finished with pure tung oil and carnauba wax for a natural gloss This video shows how modern CNC technology can achieve perfect symmetry and alignment, creating a tobacco pipe that’s both functional and full of character.
