SOUTH CAROLINA BOONDOCKING | Van Trouble Ends the Francis Marion Stay

Episode 8 of the South Carolina Boondocking series. The morning started with trouble getting the van to start, possibly the battery, a drive to the nearest town, and a replacement before heading to the McClellanville Library for wifi. The evening brought some reflection on the week in Francis Marion National Forest, three different spots, the Palmetto Trail, the hidden forest road camp, and everything in between. The next morning the van would not start right away. With an unresolved electrical issue and a five hour drive back to Florida, the decision was made to head to a trusted mechanic rather than wait out several days in a hotel.
