Dante Gebel #761 | La última caja

Often, when everything is going well, we can easily delude ourselves into thinking we're in control. And believing we're in control makes us foolish, arrogant, proud, and pits us against others. It's a stupid game, like the one Caesar Augustus played sitting on a throne in Rome, believing himself infallible and powerful. But you can't beat the house; when the game is over, the material things we've accumulated and the supposed successes we've achieved throughout life don't matter. All things are fleeting and will end up in the final box. Love is the only thing we can take with us before we depart to be with the Lord. A message for reflection.
