Have a great Golden Week! ✨ Key points for pulled pork are... ① No salting required ② Cook by leaving it in the rice cooker ③ Maintain alkalinity ④ Add spices later! ⑤ Cook later! ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe Here ↓ -------------------------------- 💡Ingredients ・Pork shoulder roast…800g (Choose meat with a good contrast between fat and lean meat✨) ・Chili powder…20g ・Salt…8g ・Baking soda…2g (All-purpose BBQ sauce) ・Ketchup…4 tablespoons ・Worcestershire sauce…2 tablespoons ・Honey…1 tablespoon ・Soy sauce…1 teaspoon 2 Lemon juice…2 teaspoons Consommé…a pinch (Pulled Pork Sandwich) Bread…2 slices Pizza cheese…appropriate amount (Carnitas) Curry powder…1/2 tablespoon Pizza cheese…appropriate amount Dough Cake flour…100g Water…50cc Olive oil…1 tablespoon Salt…a pinch Baking soda…a pinch [Cooking Instructions] ① Rub the pork shoulder loin thoroughly with salt equal to 1% of the meat's total weight, and also rub 2g of baking soda all over the meat. ② Place the pork in the rice cooker with the fatty side down. ③ Add enough water to cover about 1/3 of the meat, and press the rice cooker button. ④ After 5 hours, remove the pork shoulder loin from the rice cooker. ⑤ Wrap the meat in kitchen paper and wipe off any excess moisture from the surface. ⑥ Transfer about 5 tablespoons of the remaining fat from the rice cooker to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add 20g of chili powder and lightly roast until well combined. Transfer to a bowl once done. ⑧ Place the pork (removed from the kitchen paper) into the frying pan and spread 2 tablespoons of the sauce from step ⑥ over the entire surface of the meat. ⑨ Heat the meat over medium to high heat and brown the sauce on the surface. After about 3-5 minutes, when the surface is fragrant, turn off the heat and transfer to a tray. ⑩ Prepare a clean frying pan and heat over low heat. ⑪ Add the remaining sauce from step ⑥ and the all-purpose BBQ sauce seasonings and mix well. ⑫ Shred the rested pork using a fork or hands wearing rubber gloves. ⑬ Add half of the meat to the frying pan with half of the sauce from step ⑪ and stir-fry over low heat. The pulled pork is now complete! (Pulled Pork Sandwich) ⑭ Prepare two slices of bread and toast both sides in a frying pan. Once toasted, transfer to a plate. ⑮ Add a suitable amount of cheese to the frying pan and toast. ⑯ Place one slice of bread A on top of the cheese and toast. ⑰ Place pulled pork on bread B. ⑱ Once the cheese is toasted, remove bread A and place it on top of bread B. Wrap the bread in plastic wrap, shape it, and cut the bread in half to finish! (Carnitas) ⑲ Mix together cake flour, water, olive oil, salt, and baking soda until the dough is slightly firmer than an earlobe, then knead it using the chrysanthemum kneading method. (The dough is best when it no longer sticks to your hands and comes together✨) ⑳ Dust with flour, divide the dough into four equal parts, and shape each into a ball. ㉑ Heat a frying pan over low heat and toast the dough. After 2 minutes, flip the dough over. Cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Once cooked, wrap it in kitchen paper. 22. Add the sauce from step 11 and the remaining meat, and sauté over low heat with the curry powder. 23. Place the pulled pork on the dough, cook the pizza cheese in a frying pan, and once melted, place it on top of the pulled pork.
