Di dalam presto, masukkan air, daging sapi sengkel, bawang putih, jahe, seledri, pala, cengkih, garam, kaldu ayam bubuk, kaldu jamur, gula pasir dan merica. Presto selama 45 menit 2. Iris bawang merah dan bawang putih 3. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang merah, tumis hingga wangi kemudian masukkan bawang putih, tumis kembali di api kecil hingga sedikit kecokelatan 4.
