Ensuring Person-Centered Care for Children with Autism in NC Medicaid
NC Medicaid will review proposed changes to the Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB‑BHT) Clinical Coverage Policy, slated for adoption in August 2026. We will also cover House Bill 696 and its potential impacts on RB‑BHT coverage, along with additional policy changes NC Medicaid is considering for future implementation.
