Those of us who spend many hours sitting in front of a screen (computer programmers, managers, traders, digital entrepreneurs, people who work from home, etc.) know how important physical exercise is to prevent the health problems associated with this sedentary lifestyle. Unfortunately, most of us don't have as much time as we'd like to work out and go to the gym (assuming it's even open), especially if we're parents or have other daily responsibilities.
