ALL THE RECIPES: 1. Tteokbokki (떡볶이) Ingredients I used: Cabbage (you don't have to), gochujang, chili powder, rice cakes (The HU glue rice cake format is recommended), oden (it adds a lot of substance). Method I used: Put water in the pan (the amount of water will determine the amount of sauce you'll have. It's not too much, not too little! A bit like Japanetii!) Once the water starts to boil, add a little Ganjang (soy sauce) then Gochujang (for a spicy kick), and add a little chili powder. Mix well! Then add the rice cakes to the soup with the oden. Prepare a pot nearby, add water, boil, and add the ramen noodles. After 2 minutes, once the noodles are ready, add them to the soup (as I did in the video). If you find that your soup isn't too watery because the noodles are absorbing it, feel free to add a little more gradually. After a few minutes, turn off the heat (I'm telling you, you never know), and enjoy ;) 2. Saengseon Jeon (생선전) Ingredients I used: flour, eggs, cod (or white fish) Slice the cod. When I cut the fish, I cut slightly downward diagonally so that the end would be thin! I hope you understand ;) Once the cod is cut, place the slices on a plate, take a paper towel, and press the slices to remove all the water. Do this for 1 minute. The less water there is, the better the egg will stick to the fish! Prepare a bowl with several cracked eggs. Prepare a plate of flour on which you will place the slices on both sides. Once the slice is well dipped in flour, place in the bowl of eggs. Oil a heated pan. Once heated, gently place the fish on top without sticking them together. Thanks to the eggs, the fish will not tear and will create a "crepe" shape. Once golden brown, turn the slices over. After a few minutes, enjoy them with a little Ganjang. 3. Crab Stick Pancake (맛살전) My favorite!!! Ingredients I used: leeks, egg, crab sticks Cut the leeks into VERY thin slices!! Very important!! However, don't cut too much, just a tiny bit ;) Cut the crab sticks fairly thinly. Same as the fish pancake, prepare a bowl of eggs and flour. Add the chopped leeks and sticks to the bowl of eggs and mix! Once well mixed, THAT'S IT!!! Oil a heated pan, gently place the egg "ends" on it, picking them up with your spoon. Don't stick them together, and wait until the ends are golden brown before turning them over! Eat alone or with Ganjang! You'll see how delicious it is... but really... #koreancooking#parisiangtv#koreanfood#korea
