The goal of creating a gauge chart in Excel is to have a dynamic graphical interpretation of an indicator's level. To do this, we'll create two charts: A gauge chart for the customer satisfaction rate with three different ranges: Low, Fair, Satisfactory. = Here, the higher the rate, the better, so we use the following color range: red, orange, and green.
