I listened to ho'oponopono prayer for 7 days and THIS HAPPENED

Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, but it gained global recognition due to the story of Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. In the 1980s, Dr. Len, a Hawaiian psychologist, worked at the Hawaii State Hospital, where criminally insane patients were housed. Instead of directly treating them, he practiced Ho'oponopono by reading each patient’s file and repeating the phrases/mantra : "I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." over and over. Over time, the atmosphere in the hospital transformed—patients who were once violent became calmer, medications were reduced, and some were even released. Dr. Len claimed that by healing himself, he was able to heal others, demonstrating the power of Ho'oponopono in clearing subconscious negativity and fostering deep transformation.
