Buspirone (Buspar) Week 1 Experience

My first week experience on Buspirone. I'm diagnosed with ADHD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), social anxiety, and mild depression. I have been on ADHD meds for years but just recently started trying SSRI's or other drugs that impact serotonin levels to help get my anxiety/depression under control. The major side effects I experienced in the first week of taking Buspirone were trouble sleeping, muscle pain (in my legs), drowsiness, disturbing dreams, trouble with concentration, and possible drug interactions with my ADHD meds. No notable differences in anxiety or depression. I hope this video can help someone out there who is interested in trying Buspirone!
