I got to say, even I find the similarities uncanny when Luke explains how he relates and how he really does feel a deep understanding and connection towards these tougher more aggressive dogs from his military experience and transitioning into the civilian world. Today was Remembrance Day in Australia. It seemed somewhat fitting that Luke reflected on the transition struggle and also those mates he sadly lost who didn’t make it. Big spring clean for the pool and the pool area, we’re getting it all ready for our big pool party at the end of the month. We talk a little about pool maintenance for such a big dog pool. Luke gets some of the less enthusiastic swimmers in. Lily has been resting since her appointment so didn’t start her swimming regime just yet. We talk about why Luke has to take the bus to Lily’s appointments. But on a positive note, to make some use of the extra spaces on the bus, Tilly is going to join Lily next week. Luke puts together the cat enclosure from Dru who kindly sent it to us along with the beautiful trampoline. Thank you so very much Dru!
