Nach Brust-OP Stuttgarter Gürtel - Wie eng? Richtiger Sitz! Wie anlegen?

There are various aftercare products available after breast surgery that I would like to explain to you in this video. One of them is the so-called Stuttgart Belt, also known as the "breast band." It is applied as follows: You take it from behind under the armpits to the front and place it over the breast. At first, it is not pulled too tightly, then a little tighter each week. It is important that it always sits above the nipple and runs diagonally downwards, ending relatively low on the back. It is designed to provide good stability from the outside and simultaneously presses on the implants from above, preventing them from slipping upwards, especially if you have to lie on your stomach or side at night. Many women who have breast augmentation experience insufficient skin between the nipple and the inframammary fold, so the skin needs to stretch first. This is achieved with the Stuttgart Belt. It pushes the implants downward, and the pressure from the side creates a downward bulge, stretching the skin in the lower quadrant of the breast. How quickly the skin stretches depends on both the tissue and genetic predisposition, but also on how tightly the band is worn and your posture. If you drop your shoulders forward, the pressure decreases, but if you stand upright, it automatically increases. Learn more - https://www.drpatrickbauer.de/brustve... Any questions?
