How to Root OnePlus 8/OnePlus 8 Pro or any other OnePlus on Android 10!

Here's how to root your OnePlus 8 or OnePlus 8 Pro or any other OnePlus device on latest Android 10! The method is exactly same for OnePlus 7T, 6T, 6, etc... you just use a different firmware file.
