Another major milestone has been reached at the former Orlando Sun Resort site. The demolition phase is now essentially complete. Every building that once stood on the property has been removed, leaving behind only piles of rubble, sections of infrastructure, and a few remaining site features awaiting removal. Looking back at the footage from earlier this year, it’s remarkable to see how quickly this property has changed. What was once a resort filled with buildings, parking lots, and activity is now an open site preparing for its next chapter. From the air, the scale of the transformation is impossible to miss.
