Turning 45 Made Me Realize I Don't Know Who I Am

I'm turning 45 in a few months and that terrifies me. Since the beginning of this year, I've started to question a lot of things. Especially, who am I? So much of my life has been spent being who I thought others expected me to be. It's at this time, I have decided to figure out my true self. I know it's going to be a bumpy road and I may get a lot of things wrong, but no better time like the present.
