To apply the BIM methodology to the maintenance of bridge structures, a concept for a BIM asset management system was developed within the framework of the research project "BIM in Bridge Construction." The goal is to enable the continuous use of BIM models throughout the lifecycle, from the planning and construction phases to operation. To this end, the entire information lifecycle of bridge structures was examined. In particular, the information necessary for operational and maintenance management was analyzed based on common use cases and scenarios and demonstrated practically using a real structure. This webinar will present the key findings of the research project.
