Wedgie Sled (Segmented Turning)
Describes use of the 'Wedgie Sled', the 'Stomper', and a somewhat unique jig for gluing up segments. Recorded at the NWTC Artisan Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin on September 17, 2016. For details on the 'Wedgie Sled' and the 'Stomper', see http:/www.segeasy.com Several people asked about the table saw throat plate with replaceable inserts. It is based on a set of plans by Ralph Bagnall, the Consulting Woodworker ( http://consultingwoodworker.com/plans... - $7.99 ). The plans detail a throat plate for a Delta Unisaw, but they are easy to adapt to other saws.
