We actually hit 98k so I can’t say we hit 100k in a month which sucks. Now first of all I don’t want to be one of those get rich quick, please remember that the title says 2 years, so if you are getting into lead generation it can take time to begin generating big returns. The best part is that the start-up costs are low, and if you find the right niche and the right client you can make a lot more than traditional marketing retainers can with HUGE margins, and very little work. I chose a niche. And when looking for a niche I tried to find something that I thought would be less saturated. The major difference with lead gen is we want to become a master in a single niche and understand the market inside and out. I chose timeshare cancellation which maybe you haven’t heard of, and that's why I chose it. Find something like that - but don't pick that one cause it's now saturated. Found a partner that could do what I couldn’t do Built a simple brand website and Facebook page Learned with a few clients first and got paid upfront Once I dialed in my lead cost and got feedback from the initial clients, I scaled, got more clients, And went from making a few grand a month in 2019 to making 90K in the month of December 2020. The best part about this is that we owned the brand, kind of like owning a store. So someone can come into our store and buy leads, there is no negotiation, they buy a price and quantity. We can raise the price of them. You then get close with your clients who consistently buy from you and give you feedback. Finally, this resulted in us selling our brand in Jan 2021 for a nice chunk of change that we basically pocketed because launching more brands doesn’t require any more capital. Now we’ve taken this model and have replicated other lead gen sites that all use the same structure. And that's it!
