Date: Thursday, 4 June 2026 After spending almost 15 minutes of anticipated waiting across Tracks No. 3 & 4, a 6-car 281 series EMU & 3-car 271 series EMU, which would operate as the Kansai Airport Limited Express "Haruka" No. 34 bound for Kyoto, entered Kansai Airport Station by exactly 3.07 p.m. sharp on Track No. 4. As soon as the train doors were opened, I quickly boarded the train through Car No. 1, which was the front Green Car (first class) coach, and stored my belongings in the main baggage racks before securing my assigned Seat No. 8C for the coming mid-afternoon trip of just 1 hour 20 minutes over to the hustle and bustle of downtown Kyoto. Once the clock struck exactly 3.14 p.m. sharp, all the train doors were safely closed, and the Kansai Airport Limited Express "Haruka" No. 34 pulled out of Kansai Airport Station for its coming regional late afternoon trip of 1 hour 20 minutes to the modern and lively hustle and bustle of downtown Kyoto to the northeast of Osaka. I was safely en route for a major mid-afternoon journey duration of 1 hour 20 minutes to the lively and modern hustle and bustle of the historical and cultural capital city of Japan situated slightly to the northeast of downtown Osaka.
