I met the lovely band She Says at Kontra's writer's round! Two weeks later, this happened! We had four or five rounds of going through sydney together until we recorded it live. Stuff like this used to send shivers down my spine but the more I have stepped outside the house, the easier it has become. I can hear only a fraction of the fear that once used to define me. I am so grateful to the community of artists I have found mentorship, guidance, and so much inspiration from. A very heartfelt thank you to She Says for taking my song on with so much love, and going above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience.
