Pasigarbo sa Sugbo Jingle || Festival of all Festivals

Cebu's Festival of Festivals Celebrated ever August. The Pasigarbo sa Sugbo was spearheaded by Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, in which the Festival itself promotes the Festivals all aorund the Province of Cebu.
