Ingredient for the Dipping Batter 2 L of Water. Ingredients for the Dry Flour 500 grams of Wheat Flour, replaceable with Bread flour, you can mix wheat flour + bread protein with a ratio of 1:1 according to taste; 50 grams of Cornstarch, optional; 1 tsp Broth Powder; 3 grams Garlic powder.
