1967 John Gary - Cold (#1 A/C)
Though smooth-voiced Gary charted no fewer than 14 LP’s between late ‘63 and mid ’69, none of his single releases achieved significant mainstream popularity. This 45 did, however, get some good airplay on the middle-of-the road stations beginning in late 1967 (3 months on the BB Easy Listening chart, peaking at #1). Transferred and digitally restored from the original 45rpm: RCA Victor promo 47-9361 - Cold (Jones-Green) by John Gary, produced by Joe Reisman
