2014 Tennessee Horse Rescue
In August 2014, our Red Star® Rescue team deployed to Tennessee to help rescue and rehabilitate six horses in critical condition – so malnourished that they were described as “living skeletons.” One horse in particular, Scooter, was so weak that he couldn’t even lift his head up. But thanks to medical treatment and affection from our Red Star team – and thanks to donations from supporters like you – Scooter was able to summon the strength to once-again stand!
