In this third episode of Let's Talk, I have the pleasure of speaking with Claire, my wife of nineteen years. She shares her spiritual journey, marked by a profound inner thirst and a painful ordeal: in 2018, an 80% hearing loss deprived her, among other things, of worship, her preferred means of communion with God. Through a "dark night of the soul," she gradually experienced letting go, embraced inner silence, and explored a new way of experiencing her relationship with God. She initially suggested the title "Inner Life for Dummies," in a humorous way, of course. Indeed, this conversation is intended as encouragement for all those who are on a spiritual journey or have questions about inner life: What are its fruits? How do we move forward when we feel like we'll never reach the well? How can letting go transform our spiritual lives?
