We Were in Mexico When the News Broke... 😳🌴

📍 Week 54: Goodbye Tulum, New Home Milestones & Life Outside of Real Estate 🌴🏡⛳ This week was all about getting back into routine after one of the most memorable trips we've had in a long time. We wrapped up our trip to Tulum and headed back home with so many great memories 🌴☀️🍹. It was an incredible few days celebrating with friends, enjoying the beaches, and making memories we'll be talking about for years. It was also surreal being in Mexico when the news about El Munch broke. Definitely something none of us expected while we were away. Back in DFW, it was right back to work with more house tours for our first-time home buyers in Little Elm 🏡. It's exciting watching them narrow down their options and get closer to finding the perfect home to start this next chapter of their lives. We also had several clients move forward in the buying process with homes going under contract, new home orientations, inspections, and blue tape walkthroughs 🔵✅. These are some of our favorite moments because everything starts feeling real as clients get closer to closing day. Outside of real estate, we made our usual Costco run 🛒 and stocked up on everything we probably didn't need. Lily also made homemade pho 🍜, which was the perfect reset after a week of travel and eating out. We also sat down for a buyer consultation with future homeowners, helping them create a game plan and understand the buying process before jumping into the market. Education and preparation always make the process smoother. When we weren't working, we spent some time practicing golf and hanging out with friends at Topgolf ⛳. We're still trying to improve our swings, but more importantly, it was a great excuse to spend time with good people and enjoy life outside of work.
