Climbing Mera Peak - 6,476m, Nepal (Failed attempt)

Our Mera Peak Expedition = The Summit That Wasn’t Meant to Be... My first proper Dnf Our goal was to climb Mera Peak (6,476m), but winter conditions had other plans around early April that were still heavy snowfall coming in which shut the mountain for a few days, unfortunately during our summit window, also Heavy snowfall closed the Amphu Lapcha Pass, forcing us to change our route and take a helicopter instead. The expedition became even more challenging when I became pretty ill and had to visit the hospital in Lukla. Thankfully, after some rest and treatment, I recovered and was able to continue the trip probs due to my heart transplant meds Although we didn’t reach the summit of Mera Peak this time, the Himalayas taught us lessons In the next video we finally summit achieve my first 6,000-metre summit, before continuing on to Everest Base Camp. I’ll definitely be back. But for now, my sights are set on the Alps, with the Matterhorn and the Monte Rosa Massif next on the list!!
