KENWORTH GETS AC REBUILT! ITS NEVER BLOWN THIS COLD
Got the 96 kenworth w900 in the shop because the AC wasn't working properly. The fan wouldn't kick on and the high pressure would build too much. While the system was evacuated we decided now would be a good time to clean out the hvac box. It was a good thing we did because the evaporator was full of dirt. Turns out the fresh air/recirculate was stuck on fresh air and was letting in a lot of dust. Cleaned it all out and changed the pressure switch and the fan switch along the the drier. Now its working better than ever.
