Rahmi Mertay Türk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Şa-Ra Enerji, discussed the company's production capacity, integrated facility structure, export markets, and IPO process on the "An IPO Agenda" program broadcast on the Economy Service. Şa-Ra Enerji, which has been producing critical components of energy infrastructure since 1985, strengthens its position in the sector with high-voltage power transmission lines, galvanized steel structures, silicon insulators, connection equipment, and contracting activities. The program also covered the company's approved supplier structure in Europe, America, and Canada, green transformation investments, the uses of IPO proceeds, and long-term growth targets. The IPO of Şa-Ra Enerji will be open to bidders on July 8-9-10 at an IPO price of 70 TL.
