It's a tour we took to show where the boundary between the city of Quetzaltenango and the municipality of La Esperanza was in the 1980s, and where the boundary between these municipalities is currently located. I hope this is just a documentary video and that the issue is resolved diplomatically as a municipal territorial matter.
