In this music documentary made for Amnesty International in 1984, Fela Kuti performs "Army Arrangement" in London and Lagos (at The Shrine in Okeja). Intercut with the performance are images of Fela among the people on the streets of Lagos as well as the horror of police oppression. It ends with news of Fela's 1984 arrest in 1984.
