Raised Garden Bed For Beginners

It's mid season and we've finally decided what to do with the spare corner in the garden. We built our raised beds and filled them with this exact method one year ago, and all beds have not only performed beautifully, but soil samples from multiple layers show perfect balance. Today is a short recap of what we've done that works for us in Kentucky, this bed is in deep shade, so it'll be an excellent candidate for our salad greens.
