How to Ride a Dirt Bike with a Clutch! ** For Beginners! **

👋 Today it's time to learn how to ride a dirt bike! This is so much fun and is a great outdoor activity for anyone! But to ride, you need to learn how to operate the machine, so today let's learn how to ride a dirt bike!! Today it's time to teach you how to ride a dirt bike with a clutch. If you grew up riding dirt bikes, learning to use the clutch was the next progression into getting onto a more powerful bike as you got older or as you were ready to move up! It's not a hard concept to learn, but at first it can be tricky. One thing with a dirt bike is that they don't weight that much, so throttle input isn't needed to move the bike as long as you are on flat ground or on a decline. That is a big tip to know, because I've seen a lot of new riders give the bike way too much gas and that doesn't end well. So to learn how to ride, the shifter is the same as the smaller bike you have hopefully mastered, so now it's time to learn the clutch. First you pull in the clutch, then put the bike into first gear, and from there you can slowly start to let the clutch out and when the bike starts to move, you start to add some gas, slowly until you have the clutch all the way out, then ride the bike like normal. You will use the clutch to then shift gears as you get more comfortable on the bike and then use the clutch again to come to a stop and put the bike into neutral.
