In this video, I’m diving into a couple new masking tools Adobe quietly added inside of Adobe Camera Raw that completely change the way I approach local adjustments and photo editing. From more natural mask blending and feathering to one of the most requested masking enhancements photographers have been asking for for years, these new tools open up a level of creative control that honestly feels long overdue. And before you click away because this is technically Adobe Camera Raw and not Lightroom, don’t overthink that too much. Camera Raw is essentially Lightroom inside Photoshop, and the workflow, tools, and controls are nearly identical.
