Two Days in Doha, Qatar - March 2025 Ramadan Travel Vlog JW Marriott

We were lucky enough to experience the unique rhythm of Doha during Ramadan for two nights in March 2025. With just a short time in the city, we packed in as much as we could—using the excellent metro to hop from place to place. Some of the highlights included: Seeing the contrast at Souq Waqif, lively and buzzing in the evenings, yet peaceful and quiet during the day. Walking the Corniche all the way to the wonderful National Museum of Qatar. Visiting the Katara Cultural Village, a hub of art, culture, and community. Wandering through Msheireb Downtown, a modern take on traditional Qatari design. Exploring Place Vendôme with hardly anyone around—it felt like having the place to ourselves. While many restaurants were closed during the day, some hotel cafés discreetly served non-fasting visitors. Ramadan in Doha offered a unique cultural window—quiet reflection by day, and warm hospitality and celebration by night.
