For Business Inquiries: [email protected] Instagram:   / babafoodrrc   Facebook:   / babafoodrrc   For Short Recipes on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@babafoodsrrc?... --------------------------------------------------------------------- Subway Sandwich Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients For Chicken Marination: -Chicken Boneless strips (chest piece) ½ Kg -Yogurt (dahi) 3 tbs -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Lemon (nimbu) juice ½ tbs -Vinegar (sirka) 3 tbs -Cumin seeds (zeera) powder ½ tsp -Tikka masala ½ tsp -Garlic (lehsan) powder ½ tsp -Red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1 tsp or to taste -Salt (namak) 1 tsp or to taste -Dried coriander (khuskh dhania) powder 1 tsp -Turmeric (haldi) powder ¼ tsp -Yellow food color ¼ tsp -Cooking oil 3 tbs -Water (pani) 3-4 tbs Ingredients For Subway Sauce: -Mayonnaise 1 cup -Chilli garlic tomato ketchup 2 tbs -Hot and sour sauce 1 tbs -Oyster sauce ¼ tsp -Mustard paste 1 tbs -Salt (namak) ¼ tsp -Garlic (lehsan) powder ¼ tsp -Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ¼ tsp Ingredients for Assembling: -Tomatoes (tamatar) sliced -Onions (piyaz) julienne cut -Cucumber ( kheera) sliced -Lettuce (salad patta) -Burger buns Directions: -Add chicken, yogurt, cooking oil, lemon juice, vinegar, cumin seeds powder, tikka masala, garlic powder, red chilli powder, salt, dried coriander powder, turmeric powder, and yellow food color. Mix well and marinate it for 10 mins. -In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it on medium flame. -Add marinated chicken and fry it for 6-7 mins. -Add water, cover it, and cook it on a low flame for 5-6 mins. -Add mayonnaise, chilli garlic tomato ketchup, hot and sour sauce, oyster sauce, mustard paste, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper powder for subway sauce. Mix well. Cut the burger bun from the center, apply sauce, add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and chicken, and make others similarly. -Roast/bake it (optional) -Subway sandwich is ready!
