Conferencia Antonio Piñero: 3- La problemática histórica sobre la resurrección de Jesús (13/03/2024)

Lecture by Professor Jesús Piñero, part of the series "The Historical Jesus: Current Perspectives," held in Zamora on March 11, 12, and 13, 2024. This series was organized and sponsored by the Department of Culture of the Zamora City Council and held in the San Atilano Seminary Theater, four years after Antonio Piñero's first visit to Zamora. The last lecture of his visit had to be cancelled due to the mandatory lockdown decreed on March 13, 2020, to halt the spread of the coronavirus. Four years later, the series was successfully completed. The Zamora City Council sincerely thanks Antonio Piñero for his willingness to return to the city four years later. Antonio Piñero Sáez (Chipiona, Cádiz, 1941) is Professor of Greek Philology at the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in the language and literature of early Christianity. He is the author of numerous works on Christianity and Judaism. A prolific writer, he has over 200 publications, including complete books, chapters in other books, scholarly articles, popular science articles, newsletters, and other informative texts. Now retired from teaching, he remains a tireless communicator, continuing to write books for the general public and offering courses and lectures worldwide.
