Mind Blown' Smoked Oxtails
I seek on a mission to smoke up a fine beef delicacy, beef oxtails for my birthday dinner. What a delicious treat this was. I use hickory and cherry wood to get that classic smoke flavor and beautiful color, 2 hours smoked uncovered and 3 hours braised covered with beef broth. So tender and succulent, this was a lot of fun also being outside on the weber smokey mountain enjoying the summer weather.
